Highest-paying SaaS companies for AEs right now (what they post)

Anthropic posts a median $415K AE OTE. That's $153K above the overall AE median of $262K.
The overall number is from 1,079 USD annual OTE ranges as of Nov 5, 2026. Anthropic's is from 26. Median AE base across everything is still $144K (620 postings).
Here's the top of the board, median posted AE OTE, only companies with 3 or more OTE ranges. Gray on the chart means the sample is thin (n under 5).

A few of those are basically a handful of postings. Tennr, CodeRabbit, Rogo, Stuut, and Ashby are all n=3. Treat those as what they've been posting lately, not a promise.
The ones that matter more for me are the ones that post a lot and still sit high. Anthropic at $415K on 26. Okta at $342K on 16. Horizon3 at $325K on 22. LangChain at $325K on 9. That's a real sample, not one crazy role.
Same floor for everyone on this list: 3 or more OTE ranges.
For context on segment, Enterprise AE median OTE is $300K (352 postings) and Strategic is $320K (170). Most of the names above are sitting above even that.
On the SE side the top of the board is lower, which matches what we saw in the SE vs AE post. Temporal posts a median $278K SE OTE (n=5). Decagon $260K (n=3). Harness $255K (n=5). Fivetran $249K (n=8). SentinelOne $233K (n=11). Overall SE median OTE is $210K (265) with a $168K base (242), so a lot more of the check is in base than on the AE plan.

How I counted: open AE roles on OTE Radar as of Nov 5, 2026. Medians are from USD annual ranges only, midpoint of each range, a role posted in several cities counts once. Unlabelled ranges (doesn't say base or OTE) are left out. Company table needs 3+ postings with an OTE range. Overall AE median OTE $262K (n=1079), base $144K (n=620). Same rules on the SE side. 4,717 open AE roles; 2,380 (50%) post a range, at 387 companies. Across the whole board: 9,857 open sales roles at 720 companies.
